Slow Dance
This bean, sourced in Myanmar, produces a full, well-balanced, rich coffee, with very low acidity, and notes of chocolate, pecan nut and apricot. It’s an accessible coffee that is best brewed with as a morning filtered coffee or a light espresso. The Slow Dance variety is also perfect suited for all types of milk, to create hot drinks like lattés and cappuccinos. For an even richer tasting experience, a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a cup produces an exceptional affogato.
